A judge in Massachusetts tried to learn more about the men who were arrested after a standoff with Massachusetts State Police over the weekend.

Two groups of young men exchanged gunfire Thursday evening in a shooting that injured as many as nine people in Rhode Island’s capital, police said.

Citing dangers posed by the “castrated” animal, police are seeking public’s help locating it.
