An evidentiary dispute Tuesday interrupted the jury selection in the contempt trial of former Trump White House adviser Steve Bannon.

Opening statements in the contempt trial of a former Trump adviser who has rebuffed the Jan. 6 committee are slated to begin after the jury is seated.

The Trump ally’s trial begins the same week the Jan. 6 committee plans to hold a hearing to detail a “minute by minute” account of Jan. 6.
